Isumi Railway x Charmy-chan

Charmy-Chan, which has been manufactured and sold by Kodama Sangyo since the 1965's, has collaborated for the first time with Isumi Railway, a third sector railway company in Chiba Prefecture. Charmy-Chan" is now available in the colors of Isumi Railway's Type 300 and Type 350 trains.
